Our Advice


Avoid direct sunlight especially between 10 am to 3 pm​

SLIP on a shirt – Wear sun protective clothing

SLOP on some sunscreen

SLAP on a hat – Wear a wide brimmed hat

SEEK shade whenever possible

Use at least a 30+ SPF , broad spectrum sunscreen​ if the UV index is above 3
